About this symbol - This is a visual expression of a Fibonacci number which appears everywhere in nature. Fibonacci numbers represent the growth of every living thing,  from atomic and molecular structure to a single cell, a grain of wheat and  the unfolding of petals and leaves on many plants,  and even human society. A great relationship is a living, growing thing. That's what we want to create for you and your clients.

From my understanding of both branding and work flow processes, and the help of some talented colleagues, we have developed a proprietary system to assess and measure multiple dimensions of client service. We'll tell you what you doing well and what you can improve

Over the last 20 years, I’ve acquired significant experience and a bunch of nice coffee mugs working for some of the most respected agencies and corporations in the world. My many clients have included Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz, Mattel, Sony, Apple, Warner Brothers and the NFL to name a few. I’ve worked in many roles including serving as the corporate brand manager for a Fortune 500 company, and building and reorganizing service departments for some of the largest companies in the world.

With a degree in design from UC Davis, and additional studies at The University of Edinburgh and Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, I've acquired along the way many valuable tools for selecting vendors, assessing quality, identifying flaws and improving productivity. I am a Six Sigma green belt, have completed the Toyota Production Management training and was mentored by an IBM process engineering expert. (For those of you who care, yes, I know MiniTab.) Also, as a journalist, I learned to ask the right questions, and to uncover information, even when people were reluctant to talk.

Most businesses require you to make critical objective and subjective decisions. My skills and experience will help you with both left brain and right brain thinking. I’ve come to believe that it is possible to use data to inform creative decisions and to be highly creative in your analysis.  My colleagues and I at Client Service IQ will help you quantify the parts of your business that can be measured and deliver creative solutions to drive sales.
